SPRING

Who doesn't love Spring time? At this time of year everything is bursting with flavour and ingredients are at their freshest. You may notice flowers decorating your menus during this time of year as a reflection of the beautiful Sunshine Coast scenery. Our menus are customised during this season to ensure we are using only the best produce. Below are some sample dishes but a menu will be created just for you for your special event.

Marinated feta, Falls Farm carrots, Coast honey, flowers from my garden

Salmon, pickled celtuse, fennel

Chicken and corn

Beef rump cap, soubise, Falls Farm seasonal vegetables

Maleny chocolate , salted caramel macadamia praline
