As the weather begins to cool, we start to look to more rustic, hearty ingredients to warm our souls. 

 

$225 per person 1-3 guests

$160 per person 4-16 guests 

First

Roast pumpkin, seed puree, apple and rosemary vinegar

Second

Veal, Crab, Potato 

Third

Confit salmon, zucchini, verjus, leaves from a tree

Forth

Beef rump cap, salsa verde, snake beans, balsamic 

​Fifth

Beer, Sunflower seed, salted egg white​

Sixth

Chocolate mousse, cashew caramel, blackberry  

Cheese course

Complete your experience with a selection of three cheeses served with locally sourced condiments

As additional course - $15pp

As alternative to dessert - $10pp

All dishes can be adapted to suit dietary requirements.
