The season for celebration is here. Flavours are fresh and bold to match the heat of the Queensland summer. Alfresco dining with friends and family is always a favourite at this time of year, so crack open a bottle of Rose and indulge in a Chef prepared feast in your own hom

Roast pumpkin, butter from the best parts, sheep sorrel, grains

Second

Silversea prawns, dill mayonnaise, flowers and herbs from Falls Farm

Third

Chicken and corn

Beef rump cap, confit potato, pickled onion, crispy kale

Vanilla cream cheese, rosella jam, berries from Luvaberry ​

Sixth

Lemon curd, torched meringue, black pepper crumble

Complete your experience with a selection of three cheeses served with locally sourced condiments

As additional course - $10pp

As alternative to dessert - $5pp

All dishes can be adapted to suit dietary requirements.
