Private cooking classes

Interactive cooking demonstrations in your own home.

Enjoy a tapas style feast while learning some exciting new recipes to add to your culinary repertoire.

This more casual experience incudes 7 dishes and finishes with a local cheeseboard allowing for a grazing style dinner or lunch with wine included for every course.

To Start

Marinated olives 

Anchovies on toast with salsa verde cracked black pepper

Kingfish sashimi, coconut, chilli, rice noodle

Mains 

Barramundi, wasabi buttermilk The Falls Farm fennel

6+ Wagyu, mustard and soy dressing, daikon 

Duck fat potatoes

Whole roasted The Falls Farm cauliflower, golden raisins,

sherry vinegar

Local cheese platter with seasonal garnish

What to expect

Alan Dawes Private Chef will arrive with all of the ingredients and cooking equipment necessary for your interactive cooking demonstration. 

​

Wine is included in your experience and is based on approximately 1/2 bottle of wine per person. The wines will be a mixture of red and white and can be based on your preferences. 

​

You can be as involved as you wish with this class as you learn how to create simple but delicious dishes that you can easily recreate. You will be provided with a recipe book to keep so you can try the dishes again and again. 

​

Learn knife skills, sous vide techniques and insider tips from your very own professional chef for the day. Your chef will even take care of the clean down while you sit and enjoy the dishes you have worked so hard to create. 

​

Perfect for group celebrations, corporate events and family gatherings.

* 5 hours in house Chef experience including service and clean down

* Provision of crockery and equipment

* Produce will only be from local producers 

* Have fun and get as involved as you like with interactive cooking demonstrations in your home
