Available on the 4 and 6 course menus and the Romantic package for 2. Using the best seasonal produce from The Sunshine Coast. These menus can be combined with our carnivore menus to ensure all guests at your event are catered for.

First

Falls Farm pumpkin, seeded pure, apple and rosemary vinegar

Second

Charred broccolini, fermented black sesame hummus,

soy vinegar, toasted seeds 

Third

Confit purple sweet potato, The Falls Farm Leek, sunflower seeds, wasabi and coconut cream 

Fourth

Cream cheese, strawberry, Luvaberry raspberry

Slow cooked celeriac, Noosa black garlic, Yandina macadamia, pickled onion, lemon & thyme vinegar

Fifth

Cream cheese, strawberry, Luvaberry raspberry

Chocolate mousse, cashew nut caramel, blueberry
