Private Chef Alan Dawes in consultation with guests will create a 4-6 course fine dining lunch/dinner. He sources the freshest local ingredients, arrives at your home with time to prep, cook, serve and clean up. This intimate chef table experience gives you the chance to sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests. 

Alan Dawes Private Chef is available in Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast (travel costs may apply)

How to confirm your booking

Once we have decided on your date and number of courses a 25% deposit of the quoted amount is required within 48 hours. Once received your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable.


No one likes to cancel an event, and we will always work with you to try and secure another date when Chef Alan can cook for you.

If you do need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. If we are able to secure another booking for your date, then we will refund your deposit. 

For cancellations within 48 hours, the entire amount paid will be forfeit. This is to cover the cost of ingredients already purchased, and time spent creating your tailored menu. 


We understand that it may sometimes be necessary to change the date of your booking. Before 48 hours prior to your event, your deposit can be moved to a future date without penalty.
